By enrolling in regular classes, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any future updates or modifications (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).

1. Scheduled Classes
Your classes will take place on the specific day and time you select during enrollment.

2. Absence Policy
If you cannot attend a class, you must inform the admin or teacher at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Classes missed without prior notice will not be eligible for a make-up session.

3. Teacher Availability
If your assigned teacher is unavailable, we will make every effort to arrange a substitute teacher at your regular class time.
If a substitute is not possible, the class may be rescheduled with your regular teacher at a mutually convenient time.

4. Reporting Issues
If you face repeated issues such as teacher delays or missed classes, please report them immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email so we can resolve them promptly.

5. Planned Absences
For planned breaks of a week or more, please inform your tutor or admin in advance.
We can reschedule your classes before or after your absence.
Classes missed without prior notice will not qualify for make-up sessions.

6. Teacher Assignment
The academy reserves the right to change your assigned teacher when necessary.
You may request a teacher change, which will be accommodated based on availability and your preferred schedule.

7. Schedule Adjustments
If your current class time no longer suits you, you may request a schedule change.
If your preferred time slot is available with your current teacher, the change will be applied immediately.
If not, you may need to wait until the schedule can be adjusted.

8. Ramadan Schedule
If your class time conflicts with Ramadan activities (such as Suhoor, Iftar, Taraweeh, or prayer times), the class schedule will be adjusted based on mutual agreement.

9. Teacher Resignation or Termination
If your teacher resigns or is removed, a new teacher will be assigned to you.
Students are strictly advised not to keep personal contact with any former teacher. The academy will not be responsible for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from such interactions.

10. Modification of Terms
EQuran School reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at its discretion.
By continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with any updated version of this Agreement.
