Return Policy
1. Full Refunds Before Classes Begin
If you have paid the full monthly fee after your trial session and decide to change your plan before regular classes start, you are eligible for a full refund for that month.
If, for any reason, we are unable to arrange your class schedule before regular classes begin and you have already paid the fee, the amount for that month will be refunded.
2. No Refunds After Attending Regular Classes
Once your class schedule is finalized and you have attended at least one regular class with our tutor, no refunds will be issued if you choose to discontinue for the rest of the month.
3. Cancellation Notice Requirement
If you wish to stop classes, a one-month advance notice is required.
If you do not provide notice, the fee for the upcoming month will still be charged/deducted.
If you discontinue immediately without giving prior notice, no refund will be applicable.
4. Class Hold & Resume Policy
If you need to temporarily pause your classes, your paid fee will be carried forward to the next month.
However, if you decide to discontinue after placing your classes on hold, no refund will be provided.
5. Fee Transfer Option
If you inform us before the start of a new month that you want to pause and continue next month, your already paid fee can be transferred to the following month only once.
6. Chargeback Fee Deduction
Refunds are subject to chargeback or processing fees applied by our payment processor.
Any refund issued will be processed after deducting the applicable chargeback/processing fee.
7. Refund Limitations
If the chargeback fee exceeds the amount paid, a refund will not be possible.
