Just to clarify a few points regarding our Fee Policy:

👉 We charge a flat monthly fee, which covers one month from the start date to the same date in the following month.

👉 Missed classes by the student without any notice are generally included in the monthly fee, as teachers are committed to that time. No make-up classes are arranged, and the fee for that session will still apply.

👉 We offer some flexibility in rare situations, such as illness or unexpected emergencies. If the student informs us at least 2 hours in advance, we’re happy to reschedule 1–2 classes per month.

👉 Our monthly fee is fixed. The number of classes per month may vary slightly depending on the number of working days in that month.

👉 This policy helps ensure the value of the teacher’s dedicated time, and also encourages students to stay regular and avoid irregular attendance.
